A warm and hearty shredded lotus root-based hot-pot crafted specifically to support your health and well-being during this holiday season which tends to be full of enjoyable dining excess. Served in three "stages", including a lotus root soup-based boiled tofu, a platter of koji salt marinated Miyaji pork, and a final vegetable-packed koji salt soup to close out the session.
